Office Online is a special Office Package for KFUPM Faculty and Staff. Now you can access your Office documents with latest browsers using different devices to create, edit, and share their documents. It's very simple to use - no software installation is required.


  • Access anywhere: Office Online allows you to access work documents using PCs, tablets or smartphones inside or outside of the Campus. These documents are always up-to-date, from wherever you access them.

  • Work in Collaboration: Work together with your team with online document sharing option. This new exciting feature allows you to share a specific document with more than one person who can work in collaboration and contribute their ideas.

Note: To enable Office Online services (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote) click first on OneDrive for innitializing your account.

A quick remote access to Web KFUPM Applications

Now, KFUPM web applications including e-Business, portal, library and BI can be directly accessed through web VPN even from out of KFUPM campus using any external internet connection such as STC or Mobily. You just need to open the web link https://webvpn.kfupm.edu.sa and enter your internet username/password.
