  • Access anywhere: Office 365 allows Students to access their work documents using their PCs, tablets or smartphones across the University Campus (from Lab, Library or Dorms) and even from Home. These documents are always up-to-date, from wherever you access them.

  • Work in Collaboration: Are you working on a Study Project? Work together with your team with online document sharing option. This new exciting feature allows you to share a specific document with more than one Student who can work in collaboration and contribute their ideas.

  • Office Mobile app: Office mobile apps let you view and edit your Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files even on the go. It's easy to install these apps on your mobile device and use them to manage your documents at your convenience.

on KFUPM Mobile App

Mobile technologies are playing an increasingly important role in university students' academic lives by connecting them to the world instantly, highlighting access to required information and enabling them to interact with others from anywhere. Keeping in view the importance of these features, KFUPM has launched a number of student services through Mobile devices based on iOS and Android operating systems.

My GPA: Students can view their Term GPA and Cumulative GPA.
View Holds: This service provides student with their HOLDs, if any.
Final Exam Schedule: Students can browse their final examination schedule using this service.
Course Offerings: This feature allows students to browse the list of courses being offered in a given term by any academic department.
My Library Books: Student can view the list of borrowed books from KFUPM library
Reserve Sports’ Court: This service allows students to reserve the sports’ courts available on KFUPM campus.
View stipend: Students can view their monthly stipend disbursement to their bank accounts.
Apply Car Sticker: Students can apply and view the list of car stickers they have under their names using this service.
Course Availability: This service provides student about the availability of seats in all courses for registration purpose.
Print Quota: Students can browse their print quota using this service.
